Bubble Mailer Size Calculator

Bubble mailers are thicker than the regular flat mailers. Therefore the maximum volume you can pack inside the bubble mailers of the same size to the flat mailers is smaller. 

Try using this formula to work out the minimum size you need for your bubble mailers:

Determine the minimum length of your mailer
Product length (in) + product height x 2 (in) + 1/4"

Determine the minimum width of your mailer
Product width (in) + product height (in) + 1/4"

You would want to choose a bag size that is equal or greater than the minimum length & minimum width above.
