Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Impack ships domestically throughout the United Kingdom. We currently do not offer international shipping yet, but are looking to add that capability soon.  

Standard Shipping = 3-5 Business Days

Expedited Shipping = 2-3 Business Days (if order placed by 2 pm Mon-Fri)

Priority Shipping = 1-2 Business Days (if order placed by 2 pm Mon-Fri)

RETURNS

If you purchased an item directly from impack.uk and would like to return it within 30 days, we will issue you a refund or store credit (minus any shipping costs).  We do not charge a restocking fee, but return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. 

Returned items must be in un-used condition (except for defective units).  Please email us at hello@impack.co with the order number to begin the return authorization process.

If you are shipping an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
